RETURN POLICY - WolfLights™

At WolfLights™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy for WolfLights™ products (car LED lights) is outlined below.

Return Period
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the online purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these criteria.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health and personal hygiene products

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not return your products directly to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable Items and Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds or no refunds may be granted:

  • Any item damaged or incomplete through no fault of ours.
  • Any item returned after 14 days from delivery.
  • Items not collected from a postal pickup point after 14 days will be considered refused and will not be refunded without reshipping fees.

If there is a delivery issue, please inform us within 10 business days from the expected delivery date. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier, which may take up to 21 business days. If the package is declared lost or undelivered, a full refund or a replacement shipment will be provided.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@wolflights.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items on sale or discount are non-refundable.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact our customer service at contact@wolflights.com for instructions.

Shipping costs for returning your items are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted from the total amount.

We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service for any return items valued over €75, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your package without proof of shipment.
